Defining THT LED distance from PCB

Hi,

I would like to order PCB fully assembled by JLCPCB. Board contains SMD & THT components. Do You provide service for soldering THT diodes at specified distance from PCB? Lets say I want 5mm LED to be soldered 10mm from board(LED bottom 10mm away from board surface). Like this:

Is it possible, and if so, how to specify it in PCB order?
