Hardcoat anodizing black

I want to create a frontpanel in Aluminum 6062 Hardcoat anodizing black.

As the fonts should be visible they should be processed after hardcoating to get silver fonts on black.

Is the Aluminum Hardcoat anodizing black done before or after CNC processing?
