Silkscreen Overlapping with Copper Pads

Hello,

I use KiCAD to design my PCB boards, and in parts of my design, the silkscreen overlaps with the copper pads. But KiCAD is not giving me any option to subtract the copper area from the silkscreen.

If I send my design to JLCPCB, will you remove silkscreen from any areas that overlap with the copper pads?
