minimum width and spacing

I would like to know the minimum dimensions for the following:

- The minimum width of a copper layer and the minimum spacing between copper layers of different circuits

- The minimum width of solder resist and minimum width of solder resist opening

- The minimum width of a silk screen and the minimum width between silk screens
