UL marking on previously used production files and date code

Hi,

If an order placed with previously used production files (workin files) from a different fab house, can JLCPCB delete and add the correct UL markings? If so, than what's to correct way to note that to your engineers? eg.: leaving a PCB remark.

Furthermore can you guys add a date code in WWYY format next to the UL marking if noted on PCB remark?
