How do I cover my copper pad with a solder mask?

The solder mask layer was removed from the Kicad to cover the copper pad part that constitutes the capacitive sensor with a solder mask on the board Y54-7560113A I recently ordered, but copper has been exposed. What measures are needed to cover the copper pad that constitutes the capacitive sensor?
