1. What are the CAD design guidelines for promo orders?
• Unsupported Features: Panelized arrays, custom text/logos, and complex 3D organic surfaces are excluded.
• Internal Corner Relief: Sharp internal corners default to a minimum radius of R0.5 mm (parts ≤ 5 mm thick) or R0.75 mm (parts > 5 mm thick).
• Threaded Holes: Do not model entry or exit chamfers—we will add standard chamfers during machining.
