Board Outline

Assuming the line for the board outline on the GM1 layer is 10 mils wide, will the board be routed to the center, inside, or outside of this line?

What if the line is thinner?  (I think I saw something on the web site which implied that it may depend on line thickness, but I cannot find it again.)
